Alasdair is an accredited executive coach, non executive director of the Lloyd and Whyte Group, a leading specialist insurance brokers with over six hundred staff and growth in value of over 300% during his tenure. He has worked in individual and organisational development for over thirty years. He is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations achieving their potential.

During his career he has held over ten director level roles, been a Progamme Director of the University of Bristol very successful postgraduate programme for dentists. Over six hundred diploma’s were gained by students during his tenure.  He has held positions at local regional and national level in health education, professional regulation, quality assurance and indemnity cover. He has a very broad range of experinece an skills in public and private  sectors.  He has designed and delivered over four hundred training workshops for various organisations. He is a guest Fellow of the Society of Leadership Fellows of St George’ House in Windsor.

He lives in the South West of England, enjoys sailing, skiing, Park Runs and playing his saxophone (not very well).
