Alison Lally

BA, FCA, Chartered MCIPD, Three Principles, NLP Practitioner, 4-D System, Harrison Assessments

Alison is an experienced executive and coach. She specialises in facilitating people to understand how their experience is created, so that they can increase their performance and their joy in life. She is trained in The Three Principles, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), 4-D System (How NASA builds high performing teams) and the Thinking Environment. She is accredited with Harrison Assessments and Quest Identity.

Alison’s career started as an accountant with Ernst & Young, where she qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. She quickly found that she loved people development, and moved into Organisational Development, specialising in working with the finance and procurement professions. She is used to managing national teams across multiple locations, and working in complex environments across organisational boundaries. For example, she led the design of the Finance Strand of the Civil Service Fast Stream, which at the time of writing, ranks second nationally in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers.  She was presented with the first ever Government Finance Profession Outstanding Contribution Award and is grateful to have been awarded an honorary membership of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy, in recognition of her impact on government finance.

Alison believes passionately in building for the future. She is a climate activist and trained with Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader. She loves animals, dancing, yoga, science-fiction, and cinema.
